Great location just 0.5 miles from the airport! the staff were super friendly and nice throughout my entire stay 😊.

The hotel was a nice place for enjoying a lovely area, next to the nearest beach about 1.5 km, Dubrovnic old town and buses to both Catvat and Dubrovnik. The staff was affable and we could use concierge service and ironing free of charge. We enjoyed a fantastic stay at this property and would love to return.

I was delighted with the warm and inviting atmosphere of Sun Haven Luxury Apartments. The decor was tastefully done, with beautiful colors and furnishings that made me feel right at home. The general areas of the apartment were always tidy and well-maintained, making it easy for me to navigate and feel comfortable. As a senior woman, I also greatly appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The apartment had wide hallways and doorways, making it easy for me to maneuver with my walking aid. I felt safe and at ease throughout my stay.

Perhaps the only thing I would suggest for a better vacation for senior people is to have some assistance readily available for any needs or concerns that may arise. While the staff at Sun Haven Luxury Apartments were helpful and friendly, they were quite young and may not have always understood the specific requirements of senior guests.

The location was wonderful, with easy access to buses and a beautiful view. The staff, especially Tomislav, Mark, and their mum, were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The pillows in the apartment were quite hard which caused some discomfort, but this was easily remedied with extra pillows that were provided. The apartment is located under a flight path, which could be disruptive during the day, but it didn't bother us too much and we quickly stopped noticing it after a while.

The view from some rooms may not be as good as from others.

We spent an amazing Christmas at this place. the apartment was spotless and had everything we needed, including ample towels and kitchen essentials. the location was great, with a supermarket just a short walk away and easy access to public transportation. But the best part was the pool, which we had almost to ourselves and was kept very clean.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. This place exceeded all my expectations in terms of comfort and quality services. The apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious, providing everything I needed and more. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with huge, puffy pillows and pristine white bedding. There were plenty of fresh towels available and the bathroom was extremely clean. The location of this venue was perfect for me, with easy access to public transportation and a short walk to nearby attractions. The view from the room was breathtaking and I enjoyed waking up to it every morning. The hotel also had a beautiful swimming pool and a well-equipped gym.
